Accommodation Rates 2009
Standard rate
£350 per week, all year round apart from...
Higher rate
£450 per week between 15 December and 15 January.
We also take payment in Euros.
Rate includes...
The cost includes clean bed linen. Please note we do not supply towels.
Bottled drinking water, tea and coffee are provided for your arrival.
We can also arrange airport transfers for you if you wish, however it is very easy to get a taxi from the airport to Santa Maria for around 10 Euros.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with full payment due 8 weeks prior to departure.
The changeover day is flexible. Departure time is 10am, although you may be able to stay longer if no-one is booked in immediately after you; in any event your bags can be stored until you leave for home.
